What's fascia?

A protective communication system for your central nervous system. It wraps around your internal organs, through muscle fibers, nerves, blood vessels, and bones as the brain and spinal cord run the show of body functions, movement, and is a great barometer of stress, dehydration and sleep. Fascia is as thin as a pair of pantyhose, yet causes so much trouble.

Muscle ache or pain? As noted by Johns Hopkins Medicine, your fascia's stuck. It could be snagged at the bottom of your foot, but it's been doing it not so quietly across time, until you feel it in your back and/or neck, thinking it's isolated there. Favorite muscle: Psoas (Pronounced SO - az); It connects your middle and lower spine to your thigh bone, propelling your body into action for the fight-or-flight response. Yes, even standing, it pulls you forward so your brain needs to contort your body to balance out the horizon of what it experiences. Our protocols are designed to unwind your neck, diaphragm, and pelvis and deliver a new baseline with each high frequency visit, so your fascia has no time to get stuck again.
