15 years in the professional massage industry has taught me: if you want to give or receive a great professional massage, there's a deep, subtle awareness to living fully present in your body and mind. This has proven true both on and off the table, for both practitioner and client, regardless of massage style (modality).

WHY? To be blunt, inputs equal outputs and in-service feedback delivers far better reassessment results to create consistent wins for both practitioner and client. If you win, I win. It's reciprocal as all healthy relationships should be. I can't live in your body for you, so it must be communicated far beyond the usual intake metrics and with no assumptions.

Across 15 years, I absolutely know you cannot rush the body. We are designed by 90-minute sleep cycles and this is the main reason your body can feel cheated by a 60-minute massage. Just as the body and mind start to drift into relaxation, it's time to go.

Your sessions at The Mystical Medic can help free you from the acute body + mind congestion of a Batman/"text neck" to chronic tension and pain in your back, hips, neck, and shoulders. You can shop a menu of modalities at a factory massage pace or we can have a collaborative conversation in which I discover your needs and can design your sessions to meet and/or exceed your lifestyle needs and goals.

In addition to integrated therapeutic massage, separate fully clothed sessions for Polarity Therapy (Randolph Stone, D.C., D.O.) & Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (Erik Dalton) are available for basic assessment and those who do not like massage and/or prefer a minimal touch, fully clothed approach to faster pain and stress relief.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Wear comfortable clothing and eat light before your appointment. Side effects from sessions at The Mystical Medic can include feelings of mental, emotional and physical clarity, meaning your nervous system is now back into the neutral feeling of parasympathetic rest & digest. The Mystical Medic does not have a one-size-fits-all, factory approach to massage because you are a unique individual. Sessions are tailored by your date of birth, season of life and lifestyle commitments to ensure deep, meaningful transformation. Call and leave a voicemail, text or e-mail me sooner rather than later, spaces are limited. No voicemail = no callback. There is a 48-hour turnaround and a waitlist for any session cancellations. ALL services are Pre-paid, there is a 48-hour reschedule/cancellation policy and there are NO REFUNDS.
